Dale is a seasoned leader in the world of continuous improvement, focused on operational excellence. Over the course of his career, he has helped multiple companies develop and implement lean operations & processes from scratch. Each implementation has seen significant improvements in cost reduction, reduced lead times, better products, and stronger financial results to the bottom-line.

Dale has served in executive positions in multiple companies, including manufacturers of HVAC ductwork. His experience in a variety of manufacturing environments, along with his expertise in project management have proven to be instrumental in bringing about meaningful organizational change.

Dale graduated from Pepperdine University with a BS in Business Management and has multiple certifications in areas such as project management & continuous improvement. His high level knowledge and decades of experience make him a valuable coach and guide for HVACDMA partner organizations.
